Eligibility
Affiliates must be approved by LogicLens before promoting referral links. LogicLens may approve, pause, or remove affiliates to protect users, product margins, and brand trust.

LogicLens Affiliate Program Terms
These terms govern the first native LogicLens affiliate program. They are intentionally plain-language, operational terms for approved creators and partners.
Commission
Approved affiliates earn 25% of net paid subscription revenue from eligible referred Plus and Pro subscriptions for the first 12 paid months. Net revenue excludes refunds, taxes, chargebacks, failed payments, discounts, and other adjustments.
Attribution
LogicLens uses a 60-day last-click attribution window. The most recent valid affiliate link or referral code before checkout receives credit, subject to eligibility review.
Payouts
Eligible commissions are held for 30 days for refund and chargeback review. Payouts are prepared manually on a monthly basis after the approved unpaid balance reaches $25.
Promotion Rules
Affiliates may not use spam, misleading claims, fake scarcity, self-referrals, coupon farms, paid search on LogicLens branded terms, unauthorized discounts, or placements that imply LogicLens endorsement of political or editorial views.
Adjustments
LogicLens may reverse or adjust commissions for refunds, chargebacks, fraud, duplicate subscriptions, attribution abuse, policy violations, or subscription events that make a referral ineligible.
Changes
LogicLens may update these terms as the affiliate program matures. Approved affiliates may be asked to accept the current terms version before referral links remain active.
